Just a Reminder

I will continue to talk about Japan's wartime aggression, the Nazi Holocaust, the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Soviet aggression, the Chinese Revolution, and many other tragedies throughout history. These events were horrific, but they also shaped the world we live in today.

Every nation has a tragic past. If we do not acknowledge it, how can we pass on the lessons needed to prevent similar tragedies from happening again? History should not be hidden or forgotten. It should be studied and discussed honestly, even when it is painful.

Keeping silent, or simply complaining and mourning without learning from the past, will not get us anywhere. The purpose of remembering history is not to remain trapped by it, but to ensure that future generations understand its consequences and do not repeat the same mistakes.

Some people do not want me to talk about what happened, while others expect me to apologize for things I did not personally do. My message to them is simple: if you do not want to read my opinions, block me from your view. I will continue to discuss history openly because silence does not help us learn.
