Every weekday except one, our entire team meets online each morning to review the status of every active customer project. Whether the project involves web development, hosting, email services, software development, marketing, or technical support, we go through each one carefully to make sure nothing is overlooked.

 

This daily meeting is not about management checking on employees. It is about teamwork. It allows everyone to understand what has been completed, what still needs attention, and where another team member may be able to help. If a customer has an urgent request, everyone knows about it. If a project encounters a challenge, we solve it together before it becomes a problem.

 

By reviewing every project regularly, we reduce the chance that tasks will slip through the cracks. More importantly, it ensures that our customers receive consistent service regardless of who they speak with.

 

As our company has grown over the past 39 years, we have learned that great customer service doesn't happen by accident. It comes from discipline, communication, and accountability.
