Don’t Bite More...

Don’t Bite More Than I Can Chew

In business, ambition is good. Overreach is not.

I have seen too many companies fail—not because they lacked opportunity, but because they tried to do too much, too fast. They chased every deal, every market, every idea. In the end, they lost focus… and control.

For me, growth is not about how much I can take. It is about how much I can handle.

When I take on more than my team, systems, or cash flow can support, small problems become big ones. Quality drops. Customers notice. Trust erodes. And once trust is gone, it is very hard to get back.

At PSPINC, I make a conscious decision: we only take on what we can fully support. If we cannot deliver it ourselves, we do not sell it. That may limit short-term revenue, but it protects long-term relationships.

There is always another opportunity tomorrow. But if I damage my reputation today, tomorrow may not matter.

I know my limits. I expand them carefully. And I never sacrifice control for growth.

That is how I would like PSPINC to do things.
