The 3 Ps of Business
What is necessary for a business? The answer is simple:
- Product
- People
- Pipeline (Network)
These are the three.If even one is missing, things become difficult. If two are missing, failure is almost certain.
Product
If the product is no good, everything else is meaningless.
No matter how much you advertise,
No matter how hard your sales team works,
No matter how impressive a website you build,
If the product does not provide value, customers will not return. And a business without returning customers won’t survive.
People
Even if you have a great product, if the workers are not right, the company will collapse.
A business does not run on systems alone. In the end, it comes down to "people."
What is needed are:
- People who think of the customer.
- People who strive for continuous improvement.
- People who take responsibility.
A person with average skills who takes responsibility will strengthen a company more than a talented person who avoids responsibility.
Pipeline (Network)
This is the one most often overlooked.
"If I make a good product, it will sell."
That is not true.
Customers are born from:
- Human connections
- Referrals
- Trust
A business that relies solely on advertising is unstable.
Some months are good, others are bad—that is not a business; that is "luck."
In Conclusion
Product creates value.
People deliver value.
Pipeline carries value.
When these three come together, it finally becomes a business.
