That is why Dreamersi provides three levels of spam filtering, selectable per user:

 

(1) No Filter — For users who want full control and prefer to manage filtering themselves.
(2) Normal Filter — A balanced setting designed for everyday business use.
(3) High Security Filter — Strong filtering for users who require maximum protection.

 

This flexibility allows each user to choose the level of protection that fits their work style and environment, instead of forcing everyone into a single standard.

 

Another important point is how this system is built. The entire spam filtering technology is 100% designed and developed internally by PSPINC. We do not outsource development. This allows us to fully understand how the system behaves, respond quickly to issues, and continuously improve performance based on real customer feedback.

 

Equally important, emails filtered as spam are not permanently lost. All filtered emails can be recovered, ensuring that business communication is never accidentally destroyed by automation.
