Today is January 23, 2026. I underwent endoscopic stomach surgery this morning. The procedure took about an hour, and I came out of it safely. Fortunately, I didn’t need to stay overnight and was discharged shortly after waking up.
The doctors told me everything went very well. They will check my condition again in about six months to a year, which is reassuring.
The only shocking news was that I’m on a liquid diet for the next 48 hours. Honestly, that part hurts the most.
