Past Success Doesn’t Guarantee Future Success
No matter how successful a business is, that success is never guaranteed to last forever because of:

These changes are inevitable, and the business environment is constantly in flux. That’s why business leaders can’t cling to past success.
When you’re at your most successful, that is precisely when you should be thinking about the next step. You must continuously assess how the world changes and what the market will demand next.
Doing exactly what you did before won’t necessarily lead to the same success. On the other hand, something that didn’t work in the past may become successful when the environment or perspective changes.
Businesses Don’t Survive by Staying the Same — They Survive by Evolving
There is no need to take Einstein's quote negatively. Instead, we should embrace it as a powerful message: "Only those who adapt to change will survive."
As the times change, the results change. That is precisely why we, too, must keep changing and evolving.
