Yesterday, we completed the repair on a customer’s computer, successfully transferring all her files onto a brand-new SSD. This morning, she returned to pick up her upgraded system, and she was absolutely delighted with the results. To our surprise, she showed her appreciation by bringing us two dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts. For this job, we only charged her for the cost of the SSD itself. There was no labor charge at all. That’s simply how we operate.
