This morning was beautiful, so I set the photo I took as the wallpaper on the company computers. October has only one day left. It’s hard to believe there’s only one month left in a year that has seen so many changes. Since I passed 60, it feels like I’ve had several health issues at once. I’m a bit surprised that I can still watch sunrises like this and walk close to 5,000 steps in the morning. My right shoulder still hurts from the flu shot I had two days ago. Lately I wake up around 5:30 and am out walking before 7 a.m. every morning. I always arrive at the office shortly after 8. We have a morning meeting every day, and after that I focus on my own work in the afternoon. Thank you, everyone, for this month. I’ll do my best next month, and of course next year as well.
