I woke up at about 5:30 this morning. I checked email and handled a few small tasks on my computer, then took a shower and made breakfast: toast topped with cabbage and a fried egg. I left home around 6:30 and headed to Bellevue Downtown Park. Instead of looping around the park, I walked up to 112th, passed in front of where our office used to be, and then returned down to Bellevue Square. Today’s walk was a bit longer than usual — about an hour and roughly 4,500 steps. On the way to the office I stopped at Panera Bread for coffee. I joined the Panera SIP Club yesterday, so my coffee was free. I arrived at the office a little after eight.
