For the past few days, my stomach hasn’t been feeling great. I’ve had some discomfort—like an upset stomach and occasional heartburn. This morning, I felt like not eating anything at all, but since I have to take many medications, I needed to have something in my stomach. So, I decided to keep it light and just had a protein shake for breakfast before heading to the office.

For the past few days, my stomach hasn’t been feeling great. I’ve had some discomfort—like an upset stomach and occasional heartburn. This morning, I felt like not eating anything at all, but since I have to take many medications, I needed to have something in my stomach. So, I decided to keep it light and just had a protein shake for breakfast before heading to the office.
This afternoon at 2:30, I have a meeting at the U.S. Social Security Office. Once that’s done, I plan to head back home to rest for a while.
