You are asked to wear mask all the time on board ANA flight to Japan. It is also custom to wear mask anywhere in Japan. It is so odd to see everyone is wearing mask in Japan except some foreigners. Those who are not wearing mask look very out of place in Japan but I do not know if it is really doing any good.

I also heard, you are not ask to wear masks when you are flying from Japan to the USA. I will let you know if that is true when I go home.
