Because of the knee pain for last two weeks, I was not able do my mile-a-day walk. This morning, I went to Virginia Mason Seattle to let them looked at my left knee. I think I am a good candidate fr knee replacement. I will visit orthopedic knee surgery doctor for consul.

Irony is that I walked over a mile just going to the hospital this morning. I am back in walk-a-mile again.
