If you just look at picture ... I don't think I have changed.
After a lunch with company staffs, I walked back to my office to make sure I walk about a mile everyday. It is almost 2:00pm and I am up to 0.9 miles. I think I will walk a mile today. I am ver happy to be able to walk this much. 6 weeks ago, I was not sure if I ever be able to walk again. What a improvement.
