May be because I am a minority (Asian / Japanese American) and because of that Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. is a minority owned business, We were awarded the University of Washington, 2014 Minority Business of The Year.
But if you really think about it, I did not choose to be a minority. I was born Asian / Japanese. we do not discriminate based on something you had no choice of like ethnicity and color of the skin. So when I hear other companies working hard to make the company more diverse, it is very foreign to me. But I guess it is good thing ion people are treated equally.
We know diversity is done when we do not have to talk about it. We do not talk about it at PSPINC. It is the way it is in our company.
