I had a chance to go visit Portland yesterday.
It has been at least two years since I was there.

The city has changed from the clean nice little city to dirty border up city with many homeless people. I would not like to live there any more. What made this city so bad? Is it same in Seattle?

I saw on police car or officers anywhere in downtown.
