Rebuilding Business
Until now, I have run a company in lukewarm water. Without a solid business plan or plan of action, the company grew based on our employees’ abilities to take care of business. A few years ago, I started to feel uneasy about our dependency on our staff and wanted to change. I became President again last July and I started to think about what I needed to do.
The time has come to start the action that I have planned for a year. The purpose is to rebuild and grow the company. No, I am not chasing anything that is customer-focused, it is purely an internal change. We have excellent people in our staff, but our service and business depend on the people. I need to change that environment and lay down a system where our staff can excel.
I came to think that my job was to create a system that allowed me to more freely express my personal power. To give a visible goal and a mechanism to review it - this is the challenge. I want to make this structure with our staff and I want my company to be more focused with everyone heading to the same direction. This is what I want to focus on.
