I upgraded MacOS to Catarina

It tells me those apps will no longer be working.
Now my Photos are upgrading ... I may take few days.
I hope I will loose nothing.
I have decided to upgrade my 2012 Mac Mini OS to MacOS Catarina today. It looks fine so far other than the fact that three programs I often use are no longer operational.
(1) CleanMyMac 3
(2) TextWrangler
(3) ScanSnap Fujitsu Scanner Manager
I upgrade CleanMyMac3 to CleanMyMacX $100
I have to find alternate text editor to TextWrangler ... I hope it I snot hard.
I wonder if Fujitsu has released the new software for its scanner / ScanSnap.
