Housing Market in Seattle is Cooling.

There is a condo called AVID just west of our office. The price that for those condos/town house run between $700.000 to $900,000. First few units sold quickly but the sale has stopped. Today two people are standing in front promote the sale.
I heard there are inventories in Seattle as well. In general housing market is cooling.
